* Speed: 10/10- I ordered my food on a Sunday and recieved my order on Wednesday- 4 Days.
*Accuracy: 10/10-
While one item of my order was replaced- Mashed Potatoes with Meatloaf, they did substitute it with Meatloaf sans potatoes.
They included 28 free items that they added to my order: The majority of the items matched my order with a few exceptions:

* Quality: 8/10- The chocolate items were melted. Given that I live in the desert I'm not overly surprised. The loss of points actually is attributed to several of the packages being squished especially the two oatmeal cookies and one of the red beans and rice had been crushed to the point where the lid was slightly open and it had lost some rice.
